What went wrong?

Was it the depletion of the squad due to injuries? Was it inexperience? Or was it lack of priority.
Once again , we look at the young guns of Arsenal misfire, this time resulting in a heavy 4-0 loss to the red devils. Clearly united have recovered from the derby loss and have returned with
magnificent and entertaining football, something that Arsenal massively lacked tonight. Lets review the performance...
The defence was absolutely disgraceful with Traore and Hoyte completely messing things up,Eboue being sent off,and Toure suffering from jet lag. The midfield was rather bare , with Gilberto leaving his football skills in the locker room. Fabregas had nothing much to show and hleb did not have the allround support that he usually does. The strikers did not manage a single shot on target which leaves people looking for an arsenal goal rather bemused. Old Trafford was on fire with Nani performing to his best , fletcher scoring his double and Rooney stretching his tally . Arsenal will now face an uphill task to recover from this setback , but taking matters into consideration - they had 14 players to play with. An alarming figure for Wenger, who entertains a rather skilled AC Milan side in 4 days time. A number of important players lay sidelined ,and a number of players have absolutely no chance of taking part in the champions league fixture. To worsen matters, AC Milan have been handed a boost with the return of stars Kaka and Pato.
To conclude , Arsenal will need real determination and powerful mentality to spring back, but frankly, after tonight's performance- there will be doubts.
