Ligue One Radars for Wenger!!

Arsene Wenger is a very careful spender, and a very stringent one too, so it is unlikely Frey will find his way to the Emirates.

Another transfer target for Arsenal has emerged, that is 21 year old U-21 French international Mouhamadou Dabo from St. Etienne. He is one of the many Ligue 1 targets on Arsene Wengers radar.
