More Updates!!!

Arsene Wenger has made it a priority to provide improved deals to Fabregas, Adebayor, Clichy and Sagna.

This will be done so that they are not lured away from Arsenal and are well rewarded for their performances this season. Representatives of the players will meet up with the acting managing director Ken Friar as Wenger wants to put an end to the speculation of Fabregas and Adebayor moving to Spain.

Arsene Wenger also mentioned that he wanted to hold onto his new players as well as draft in new ones, which is quite a debatable issue as Hleb is most likely to follow Flamini on his way to Italy.

The four players will be given pay raises according to their current status. Even though Fabregas has 6 years remaining in his contract, which will see him at Arsenal till 2014, he earns 60,000 pounds a week with added increments and Arsenal know it's their number one priority to keep their best player away from the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Fabregas has insisted that he wants to stay at Arsenal, mainly because of their attacking playing style and Arsene Wenger, but his advisers have told him that he has a 'galactico' status now and he need a contract to match that status.

Last spring, Adebayor signed a two year extension to his 4 year contract but his burst in form last season with 30 goals surely means he is in a strong negotiating position. Adebayor said that he would love to play for Barcelona one day, and as Arsenal does not want this, he can expect his salary to double from 35,000 pounds a week to 70,000 pounds which will make him one of the highest paid strikers in the English Premier League.

Barcary Sagna has made an amazing transition form a young prospect to a good solid defender in an amazing debut campaign for the youngster. He will expect a contract that doubles his 20,000 pounds per week wage.

Gael Clichy has had a solid season playing as Arsenal's Ironman, and will expect a very good raise too.

Meanwhile, Arsene Wenger is interested in signing young Argentine striker Mauro Zarate as
a backup to Eduardo and injury-prone Van Persie. This might be done to improve the depth of the squad and to support Adebayor and Bendtner. Zarate impressed in his short spell at Birmingham, scoring 4 goals in their failed bid to stay in the Premier League after joining on them on a loan from Al Saad Sports Club in Qatar.

Arsene Wenger is after Cardiff City winger Ramsey, and so is Manchester United!!!
The 5 million rated Cardiff City winger is one of the brightest prospects outside the Premier League and both Fergie and Wenger are want him. Cardiff City admitted that Ramsey will leave Ninian Park if a right offer comes his way.
