I'm a bit late, but who can blame me? Not many words can express the injustice done to the Gunners, which has once again resulted in them leaving the season empty handed. A Liverpool trilogy saw the Gunners own in all 3 occasions, but of course, the referees had to ruin the party and dust the smoke. In summary, a clear penalty not given, a penalty which was clearly not was given against them. A clear red card was unbelievably just a yellow for the Liverpool side and to top of the nonsense, Bendtner with his heroics stopped a Fabregas goal with his own legs. To all gunner fans, I would not get my hopes up for this Sunday. A 3-0 loss would be a blessing for the gunners, as Flamini has taken a knock already and as Cristiano Ronaldo is waiting to grasp the chance of overtaking the record for most goals in a season. The only good news to portray is the fact that Arsene Wenger has announced that he will sign ONE experienced player which is bound to increase the sides belief and morale. I believe he is once again wrong there, as an experienced player in each department would have a greater impact on the side's class and the ability to tear a side apart. I daresay if Eduardo, Rosicky and Van Persie had not taken such large knocks, we would still be title contenders. And by that, yes I'm completely ruling out any possibility of us winning the title. I'm afraid its too late to make a comeback. Whats done is done. Next season Wenger should capitalize on his mistakes, bring in experience, remove Lehmann, Eboue and of course Gilberto. If this takes place, I guarantee silverware.
The trip to "The Theatre Of Dreams" shall seal Arsenal's season once and for all. The match takes place on Sunday and there will indeed be a billion people watching the match .
The odds are stacked firmly against us but thats how we like it. This will test our skill in all departments and Arsene Wenger should field Walcott if he stands any chance of succeeding.
To all Arsenal fans watching the match on Sunday, Good luck .
